Week 11 – 8/23/2021 – 8/27/2021
Explore the craft of writing! We’ll read some of the greats (based on literary significance), spanning magical realism and fantasy to contemporary pieces with a modern voice. A writer reads with a different eye. We’ll analyze stories with a focus on narrative technique to understand ways in which different writers have addressed issues of plot, character, place and theme. Throughout, you’ll have the chance to write and workshop some original ideas!
