- 4:00-4:15 Regular Pickup
- 4:15-6:00 Late Pickup (Enroll Separately)
Students will be provided with all the materials, tools and instruction necessary to build their own cigar box guitar, which they will get to take home with them at the end of the week. These amazing little instruments can be tuned and played just like a traditional guitar. The project provides the opportunity to build both woodworking and music skills. The class will be taught by Bob McCarty from Community Boat Building who has previously led several groups of young people through this project with great success. No experience necessary.
