We will offer our youngest learners a hands-on craft class on Tuesdays, with the exact offering/theme to be finalized and updated on this page by mid August. Create three beautiful and functional projects employing fiber arts techniques, needle punch and weaving.  We will weave an ingenious bag with leather handles using basic and advanced methods and needle punch a design that will become a pillow.  Our final project will combine both techniques to make something truly unique. Let’s exercise fine motor skills, explore composition, recognize patterns, incorporate a variety of fibers and experiment with textures!

Sign up and claim your spot in this class if your child enjoys making things with their hands (puppets, fantasy scenes, for example), and wants an opportunity to get better at fine motor skills in an environment that is supportive for all levels of ability. Students must be able to follow instructions around safe use of tools, such as scissors and hot glue guns.

Families who sign up & reserve a spot before the theme is finalized will be alerted by email about the chosen class theme.
