Parents often ask what sets Acera’s camps apart.
We think it’s because at our summer programs, kids nurture their natural desire to inquire, create, innovate and experiment. Our faculty draw out kids’ leadership and self-esteem through STEM skill building, artistic expression, and project-based learning.
Here’s an example: this week at Acera, students in Mr. Jonathan’s Science Snacks Creativity Station learned about the physics of waves while building a Shive Wave Machine…out of candy!
